Work will begin only after final confirmation and approval from the client. Any changes requested after project initiation may result in additional charges and time adjustments.

• Advance payment may be required before starting the project
• Remaining payment must be cleared upon completion or as per agreed terms
• Delay in payment may result in project hold or additional charges

We use quality materials to ensure durability and strength. However, the final finish and performance may vary based on usage, maintenance, and environmental conditions.

The client must provide accurate information, site access, and necessary approvals for smooth project execution. Any delay from the client side may impact the project timeline.
